Event information

The Corporate Finance Faculty's 2026 Reception will be held at the prestigious Guildhall in Central London. Over the years, the faculty has grown into one of the largest networks of corporate finance professionals, who will gather for this special occasion. The event will unite the faculty’s international network, including major professional services groups, specialist advisory firms, companies, banks, alternative lenders, private equity and venture capital firms, law firms, brokers, consultants, policymakers, and academic experts.

The evening will boast a captivating keynote address, the presentation of ICAEW’s Corporate Development Award, a champagne reception, and countless opportunities for high-level networking.

Please note that the dress code is business attire.

The Corporate Finance Faculty is the ICAEW’s centre of professional expertise in corporate finance. It contributes to policy development and responds to consultations by international organisations, governments, regulators, and other professional bodies.

There is no charge to attend this event.

Photography

There will be photography at the event and that if guests do not wish to be photographed, you can make event staff aware on the night.

CPD hours

ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement. Attending this event could contribute up to 3hrs of verifiable CPD, providing you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.
