Rebecca Benneyworth MBE BSc FCA
Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant. She is a lecturer, writer and consultant on a variety of taxes, lecturing extensively throughout the UK to accountants and business people.
Rebecca has worked for firms of accountants and a manufacturing company, and now owns her own accountancy practice based in Gloucestershire, with a variety of small business and personal tax clients. She continues to lecture to professional colleagues. She works closely with HMRC, on a voluntary basis, on the Making Tax Digital project, and is chair of the Digital Advisory Group.
Rebecca is consultant editor on Tolley’s Income Tax. She writes for various tax publications and is a former editor of Tax Adviser magazine. Rebecca is a past Chair of the Tax Faculty of the ICAEW. She was named Best Tax Lecturer at the Lexis Nexis Taxation Awards, and was awarded an MBE for services to the tax profession in 2012.
