Archna Tharani made a rapid transformation of the traditional firm she acquired and converted it to a paperless and cloud based practice in less than a year using Xero, Receiptbank and Hosted Desktop as cloud solutions. She implemented value pricing alongside this to ensure none of the efficiency of cloud accounting were lost to time billing. This has provided bigger profit margins and growth of the practice without having to increase staff numbers. The team are working more efficiently and clients are getting more value added services. She rebranded the firm and launched a new website and name to reflect their new approach. As cloud technology continues to disrupt the accountancy profession and with MTD on the horizon, it has become even more critical for practices to develop and implement their cloud conversion strategy. Cloud software can greatly improve efficiency in your practice but it takes time and planning to convert to using this software. Archna Tharani will share her practical experience in moving her practice to the cloud and the key steps to successfully implement your cloud conversion strategy.
