Liz Norris, Claims Director, Bluefin ProfessionsLiz is a qualified solicitor and has extensive experience in handling professional indemnity claims on behalf of a multitude of professionals with particular expertise in handling claims against solicitors and other legal professionals.
Joining Bluefin in 2016, Liz manages the claims team that handles all of ICAEW’s professional indemnity claims across the board.
Mark Taylor, Technical Manager - Technical Innovation, ICAEWMark has had a long and wide ranging career in IT. He brings to the ICAEW a wealth of operational and service deliver experience. During his 18 year career at PwC he was a senior service delivery manager responsible for a range of services primarily aimed at data backup and data protection. In addition while at PwC Mark was also responsible for maintaining the technical support relationship with Microsoft.
Recently Mark has been the IT Manager at a busy doctors practice in south west London. His experience of creating processes and documentation helped ensure that patient record confidentiality was improved during his tenure.
A Fellow of the BCS and a Chartered IT Professional. Mark’s role will be to ensure that members are kept informed on a verity of topics. With a focus on cyber security, cloud computing and digital transformation. In addition Mark will be continuing to expand the member outreach program by creating webinars and blog posts.
Lastly Mark will be acting as an executive editor during the creation of Chartech and specialist membership publications.
