At times we all face having difficult conversations with people at work. It could be an uncomfortable, demanding or emotional situation you face and are unsure of the best approach to deal with it. This workshop will provide some simple and effective techniques to help you remain in control, composed and able to resolve these situations positively.
Anyone who faces difficult situations or conversations at work who would like to know the most appropriate way of dealing with them.
This workshop is free for ICAEW members.
