Charlotte BarbourCharlotte is director of taxation for ICAS, where she has worked for many years in a range of policy and regulatory roles, and supports the Tax Board. She has extensive experience in dealing with tax issues and has represented ICAS at both the Scottish Parliament and the House of Lords. Charlotte is the author of The Management of Taxes in Scotland (Bloomsbury).
Frank HaskewFrank Haskew BSc (Eng) ACGI ACA ATII joined the ICAEW Tax Faculty technical team in January 1998 and has been head of the Tax Faculty since 2002. He has executive responsibility for the Tax Faculty's various activities – including the provision of member services and also the technical output of the faculty.Frank qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1987 and immediately specialised in tax consultancy. He continues to be deeply involved with technical issues, and with ICAEW's tax policy, appearing regularly before Parliamentary committees in tax policy developments. In February 2014 he was appointed to the Tax Advisory Group which has been set up to give advice to the Welsh Government on tax policy. Frank is a past editor and regular contributor to TAXline ,the Tax Faculty's monthly magazine.
