This webinar is aimed at those with a working knowledge of ER and will consider the changes introduced in the Finance Act 2019, the practical issues concerning options, and the ongoing problems regarding the definition of ordinary share capital and what is a personal company as highlighted in recent tax cases.
The webinar will be presented by Andrew Cockman and Seamus Murphy who were at the forefront of discussions with HMRC following the Autumn Budget 2018 and the publication of Finance Bill (No. 3) Bill 2017-2019. This resulted in the welcome amendment to the personal company definition added to the Finance Bill on 20 December.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions. A link to the recording of the webinar will be sent to all registrants after the event.
