A revised insolvency code of ethics is coming into effect in 2020.
It’s important that IPs and their staff know how it’s changing and what's in the new code. Processes and documentation will need to be amended ahead of its implementation date. All IPs are required to comply with the code of ethics so it’s important that they fully understand the changes. All IPs will also need to carry out CPD on the new code ahead of its implementation; listening to this webinar will be an effective and convenient way of doing so.
QAD Senior Manager Allison Broad has been involved with the project to review the code over the last two years, and is well placed to outline the key changes.
