You’ll hear their reason for investing in new technology, their approach to implementation, the benefits they have achieved to date and tips for those considering how to leverage data analytical techniques to enhance services.
Attending the webinar will provide tangible examples of how other firms have implemented and benefited from data analytics technology, benefiting those who are considering innovation in their services. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during and after the webinar. Supplementary resources will also be made available to attendees to aid innovation efforts.

Amanda Digne-Malcolm, Director, Practice, ICAEW
My role as Director, Practice is to make sure we have good support and engagement across the practice community. My role also includes responsibility for the Advisory Services team. This is the department that manages all the core helplines which provide advice and support to members, students and the public. Advice ranges from expert technical and ethical advice through to more general advice, for example, applying for the FCA, looking for a traning contract or help with understanding CPD requirements.Andrew Moyser, Vice-Chairman, MHA MacIntyre Hudson
Andrew is part of the Eastern Region team and specialises in audit, assurance and financial reporting. Andrew's portfolio includes a number of large international groups with listed parents, as well as UK owner managed businesses.
Andrew has been at MacIntyre Hudson since 2005 and is the firm’s Audit Compliance Partner and a member of the firm’s Technical Experts Group. In this role, Andrew ensures the firm’s audit quality as he reviews the firm’s high-profile clients and more complex audits. Andrew leads the firm’s audit innovation project – responsible for bringing Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence into our audit procedures.
Andrew is also the firm’s Data Protection Officer and heads up the GDPR team. Paul Winwood, Partner, BHP, Chartered Accountants
Paul joined BHP as a graduate in 2006 and is now a Partner and Head of Audit. Paul works with a range of SME organisations across a wide variety of sectors, with specialities in the Mutual Sector, working with friendly societies. He is a member of the firms Technical Committee and is leading on implementation of Data Analytics across the Audit Department. Outside of work, Paul is a treasurer for Sheffield Triathlon Club and enjoys going for a swim, a bike ride or running as part of his triathlon training.
Rachel Davis, Owner, Just Audit
Just Audit is the brainchild of Rachel Davis who is a chartered accountant with a background with several firms including Duncan & Toplis, Willis Cooper and Audit Manager at KPMG. Whilst with KPMG Rachel was seconded to New Zealand as part of a small business team.
