Speakers

Claire Brandon has worked in finance recruitment for over 7 years, starting in a boutique recruitment agency before moving across to manage ICAEW Jobs at the Institute. She has worked with candidates across all levels, from starting out in finance to CFO’s of FTSE listed businesses. More recently she focuses just on the qualified end of the market since ICAEW Jobs transitioned to a member only jobs board to support our members. She is adept at coaching candidates with interviews and providing general career advice, as well as supporting clients with their recruitment plans and advising on job adverts.

Dawn White has 30 years’ experience of recruiting finance professionals in commercial businesses. In that time she has worked for an international Search firm, a high growth private recruitment company (sold to US business), a start-up recruitment company, now fully established, and an international Talent Consulting firm. Her expertise is in hiring best in class CFO’s, FD’s and GFC’s for organisations in the UK and overseas. The ownership of those organisations varies from listed, to private to private equity to VC to family office and Founder. Sector experience across all commercial sectors including; consumer, technology, media, business services entertainment and manufacturing. Dawn has a vast network of finance contacts and goodwill in the market. She is consultative with clients and candidates using her knowledge and expertise to advise on the most effective way companies can attract and hire best in class candidates for their businesses‘.

Neil French is the Head of Interim Practice at Partner Financial with over 12 years’ experience in Senior Finance and Transformation appointments. Neil has previously delivered a variety of complex and high profile recruitment projects both in the UK and Internationally for leading FTSE 100 / 250, SME and PE Backed organisations including Whitbread Group, British Airways, Ocado Group, Deliveroo, VUE Cinema Group, Capita Group, JD Wetherspoon, TUI Group, Britvic and EasyJet. Neil has a deep and broad network within the Senior Finance and Transformation community. His experience includes building complete Finance and Systems implementation functions including Executive and Senior Management teams.
