Gordon is a highly experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Management Consultant with over 20 years global consultancy experience working for/with blue chip organisations and major Government Departments across a variety of sectors. He is highly experienced in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Organisational Change and OD Consulting and whilst working at PA Consulting was part of the Government and Public team that won the prestigious Gold Management Consultancy Award for Strategy and Business Transformation. He has worked closely with Executive and senior leaders from all functional backgrounds within the public and private sector across Europe, North America and Asia.
Gordon’s client experience includes Twitter, LinkedIn, VMware, Dell, SAP, Informatica, Criteo, eFront, Guidewire, BMW, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Barclaycard, BCD Travel and Fulham Football Club. Whilst working with leaders across all Functions, Gordon’s style and approach typically lends itself best to working with leaders in C level, Sales, Marketing and Finance roles.
His facilitation and coaching approach places an emphasis on using practical psychological principles to enhance strategic performance and support leadership development. In addition to more than 20 years as an external consultant, Gordon has first-hand experience of the internal mechanisms, workings and culture of large global organisations. He spent 3 years as Worldwide Director of Organisational Development & Learning at a major global software company. This role involved him working closely with senior teams across EMEA, North America and APJ - working particularly closely with the sales and pre-sales, R&D, consulting and marketing functions.
He holds a First-Class Degree in Social Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric tools. He has presented at numerous international conferences on topics such on leading change and coaching.
