Course code: 13/21This session will bring you up to date with the latest developments in HMRC’s digital projects. In addition to covering making tax digital for income tax, the session will review proposals for MTD for corporationtax and other digital developments affecting businesses and agents.
Target audience:Members in practice who will be responsible for implementing MTD and those who will be supporting clients with their new obligations over the next few years.

Rebecca Benneyworth MBE BSc FCA
Rebecca is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. She is a lecturer, writer and consultant on a variety of taxes, lecturing extensively throughout the UK, to accountants, business people and also to HMRC and the Treasury.
She has her own accountancy practice based in Gloucestershire, with a variety of small business and personal tax clients. During the last two years this has become a 100% digital practice.
She is Chair of the HMRC Digital Advisory Group, providing help and support to HMRC in understanding the challenges that Making Tax Digital presents to small businesses and their advisers. She is also a member of the Admin Burdens Advisory Board, an independent group monitoring the burdens the tax system impose on businesses.
Rebecca is a past Chair of the Tax Faculty of the ICAEW, and serves on the Tax Faculty Board. She is ICAEW council member for South West England, and was awarded an MBE for services to the tax profession in 2012.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE BOOKINGSIf you cannot attend you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred at any time up to and including the day of the event. Requests to transfer from the physical to the virtual course must be made in writing to email@example.com and received no later than 09:00 on Monday 13 September 2021.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event date will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If BBHSCA has to cancel the event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the fee.
If we receive your booking less than 7 days before the course, you may not get a copy of the notes on the day.
