Aims and objectivesThe vast majority of accounts filed at Companies House are either prepared under the small company regime in Section 1A of FRS 102 or in accordance with FRS 105 for micro entities. However, due to the lack of an audit requirement the quality is often poor. This course will address the key difficulties experienced in preparing these accounts and give you a refresher on these standards.
Target audiencePeople responsible for preparing small and micro entity accounts whether in practice or in business. All users of small and micro entity accounts.
