Nick Johnson
Nick is a Corporate Finance partner at Ryecroft Glenton (RG) focused on working with corporates, private companies and entrepreneurs, helping them to create and realise value in the most tax effective way. He joined RG in November 2018.
Nick has over 25 years of corporate finance experience advising a wide range of clients on disposals, acquisitions, MBOs, LBOs, fund raising and strategic planning across a range of industry sectors, with a particular specialism in advising businesses in the healthcare, TMT, manufacturing and engineering and business services sectors. His style and approach is to invest in long term relationships and to take a hands on approach, working closely with clients to develop and implement the most appropriate strategy for them.
Prior to joining RG Nick held various senior positions within a variety of organisations, including Mazars and Deloitte. He has a First class degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds (BEng), is a qualified chartered accountant, a member of the ICAEW and the Chartered Securities Institute and has been granted the Corporate Finance Qualification by the ICAEW.
