Webinar Information

Operational resilience has been a hot topic for some time but the Covid-19 crisis has brought the issue into even sharper focus. It has triggered the need to better understand what it means to be operationally resilient, including analysing lessons learned and what further changes are needed as businesses move to the ‘new normal’. Organisations are accelerating efforts to design and embed more structured frameworks to deliver resilience. For most this means building on existing activities such as operational risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery and outsourcing and supply change management to achieve a resilient outcome.

Despite being a technically demanding subject, this is an opportunity for internal audit to be ‘on the front foot’. In this webinar, we will explore how to develop an audit approach to deliver effective assurance as organisations progress their resilience journeys.
