Event Information

Final Pay Controls have been in place since 1 April 2014 and were introduced to stop abuse of the Final Salary Scheme by practices. However, many practices are still unaware of their existence and often the first time they hear of them is when a large bill lands on the doorstep.

This webinar looks at the rules, why they were introduced and more importantly how to identify who may be caught, together with a look at the proposed changes to the scheme regulations 2021 aimed at reducing instances where these charges will be levied.

Practice Manager partners provide one of the biggest challenges when it comes to Final Pay Controls, this webinar will look at this in more detail and in particular the need to address this in the partnership agreement.

This webinar will include case studies and is a must for anyone who advises GP practices.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to have their questions answered at the end of the webinar.
