Join us for this webinar where Luke Morris and Andrew Strickland will look at some of the valuation issues that arise from employment related securities.
They will look at the concepts of “money’s worth”, “market value”, “actual market value” and “unrestricted market value”. The webinar will also review the challenges faced by the courts when considering the meaning of market value in the context of the employment securities anti-avoidance legislation.
Additionally Andrew and Luke will consider some of the alternatives available for providing incentives to members of the management team whilst managing the tax costs that can arise along the way.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to put their questions to the speakers in a live Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
