With a decade of experience in e-Commerce & fashion retail, Zoe is currently a director at Depop - the cult Gen-Z social shopping app popular with 30M+ global users, where most are under 25. As Depop’s first finance hire, Zoe extensively scaled the business, landing her a place on the Forbes ‘30 under 30’ list. The company has since achieved unicorn status and was acquired by Etsy in 2021.Previously an award-winning blogger and lifestyle presenter, Zoe is a board member at the ICAEW and Everywoman – an organisation that champions female talent to help businesses close the gender pay gap.
Lanre’s strong commercial and financial background has been a key asset to a wide range of clients in stimulating business and personal performance improvement. His coaching and facilitation expertise has been founded on career experience at global firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture where he had an outstanding record of designing and delivering people development programmes, managing organisational structure and people changes and improving capabilities through training and coaching.

Alison Ring, Director Public Sector, ICAEW
Alison joined ICAEW in 2020 and is the Director of the Public Sector team, which supports members working in and with the public sector to deliver public priorities and sustainable public finances. ICAEW engages with policy makers, public servants and others to promote the need for effective financial management, audit and assurance, financial reporting and governance and ethics across the public sector to ensure public money is spent wisely. After completing a law degree and qualifying with a medium-sized accountancy firm, she worked in practice for several years before joining HMRC in 1994. She spent 25 years there where she held the post of Commissioners’ Advisory Accountant.
Nila Khan, FCA BFP, ICAEW Business Advice Manager
Nila is a fellow of the ICAEW and qualified with a Big Four firm. She has been a principal in practice for 13 years. At ICAEW, Nila is part of the practice team and develops advisory resources for members in practice and their clients.
Nikhil Sangani, Chartered accountant, Sage & Co small practice
Nikhil Sangani graduated from the London School of Economics and Politics with a 1st Class Honours in Bsc Economics in 2010. He joined Goldman Sachs in their Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities Division within Investment Banking for 6.5 years leaving as an Executive Director in 2016. Nikhil spent 3 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Assurance of FTSE 100 companies where he qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. In 2019, Nikhil joined his father’s accountancy practice Sage & Co based in Northwood as a Senior Manager. Nikhil is a board member of the ICAEW Editorial Advisory Committee, the youngest member of the ICAEW Practice Committee and an Advisory Member of the ICAEW Small Practitioners Community.
