Personal Tax Autumn UpdateAudience: Practice
This session will cover tax changes affecting private clients and private client tax work over the last 12 to 18 months. It will include, where relevant, changes announced but not yet implemented, and areas where specific advice should be delivered. The precise content will be based on announcements up to the date of the course, but the course is expected to include the following tax areas:
Suitable for: Staff working practice who deal with the tax affairs of private clients, including self employed individuals and partnerships.

How are the courses delivered?All the Essentials CPD courses are run by live webinar
How long will be the webinar be?Total running time for the live webinars is 2hours and twenty minutes. The live webinars are split into two 50 minute sessions with a 10 minute comfort break in between and ending with a 30 minute Q&A session with the speaker.
How do I attend a live webinar?Once you've booked on you will receive an email with your booking confirmation, closer to the time of the event (3-7 days before the event) you will receive the zoom registration link and further joining instructions.
What if I miss the live date?The live webinar will be recorded and offered on-demand the following day.
How long are the on demand webinars? Total running time of the on-demand webinars is 2 hours 10 mins.

Rebecca Benneyworth MBE, BSc, FCARebecca is a chartered accountant with over 35 years experience in practice. She is a writer and consultant on a variety of taxes, and lectures throughout the UK to professionals. She works closely with HMRC on the Making Tax Digital project; and is chair of the Digital Advisory Group; she also sits on HMRC’s Administrative Burdens Advisory Board. Rebecca is a past chair of the ICAEW Tax Faculty, and was named Best Tax Lecturer at the Lexis Nexis Taxation Awards. Rebecca was awarded an MBE for services to the tax profession in 2012. Rebecca will lead our tax programme supported by a team of industry experts.
