About the speakers

Alison Dungworth, Portfolio FD at Junction Design Ltd, Mentor, Coach and Consultant
Alison is a senior finance professional with UK and international experience and a specialism in the Hospitality, Leisure and Creative industries. Alison’s early career was in FTSE 50, US quoted and large corporates, followed by full-time FD roles in the SME sector working with private equity, VC backed and Not-for-profit companies.
For over a decade she has had a portfolio career using her prior experience to support SMEs and individuals. In addition to portfolio FD and Consultancy services, she works with finance professionals as they address challenges in their career progression, including those transitioning to a portfolio career. Alison works alongside ICAEW to programme events and content for the IAC Community in her role as a special adviser and subject matter expert. She is also a past long standing committee member for the Women in Finance Community.

Alison Rotundo, Eton Bridge Partners
Alison specialises in delivering senior level finance interim managers, partnering them with a wide range of clients across the globe; from start-ups, to SMEs, to global blue-chip organisations across all sectors within commerce and industry.
She has a particularly strong reputation amongst Private Equity clients, as well as an impressive track record for placing interims internationally. Alison has been successfully operating in the interim finance market for over 20 years, and prides herself on her network and reputation, with many candidates becoming clients and vice versa.
Alison has been recognised as a Leading Interim Provider Consultant for the past 6 years as seen in the Institute of Interim Management Survey; her success is accompanied by Eton Bridge Partners being named as the #1 provider of Interim Managers 2021 by the IIM.
In her spare time, Alison enjoys keeping fit and training for marathons, as well as cycling with her two boys at the weekend. Most recently, she completed the ‘Man versus Coast’ marathon along the Cornish coast as well as running the London marathon.

Mary Douglas, Ashview Consulting
Mary Douglas is a senior finance professional, qualifying as an ACA in 1994. After leaving PWC Jamaica she spent 9 years working for KBR followed by 7 years at Serco both in a variety of roles. Since then for the last 8 years she has been an interim executive specialising in managing legal entity rationalisation and finance related projects. She works mostly with large organisations in the support services sector and her clients have included the OCS Group, M24Seven, Capita and a return to Serco.

Louise Croxson, Interim Accountant 

I am an interim accountant, yoga teacher and age-group triathlete. Working as a professional interim accountant since 2005 has enabled me to travel, pursue my triathlon dreams of being a top age group athlete and start a new business as a yoga teacher specialising in yoga for triathletes and SUP yoga.
