The aim of the classes is to provide an hour's escape both mentally and physically in the run up to the November Advanced Level and December Professional Level exams. The classes are open to all levels and abilities. Julie our instructor will guide us through a range of yoga flows with a particular focus on relieving the lower back and hips from hours we spend at our desks.
This event will take place via zoom.Please be sensible when participating in the online classes and do not attempt anything that you do not feel 100% comfortable with. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact Lexi Heywood or Julie directly at email@example.com.

Julie has over 20 years of experience behind her in numerous styles of yoga. Her classes are friendly and welcoming to all those who want to give yoga a go. Whether you're a complete beginner or a downward dog master Julie provides constant encouragement and options for the key poses depending on your level or confidence that evening. Teacher training was completed under the guidance Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati and Julie is 200+ registered teacher with Yoga Alliance UK
