Tune in to hear from QAD’s insolvency senior manager and manager, about an IP’s obligation to complete insolvency compliance reviews and an annual review of financial controls pursuant to SIP 11.
Insolvency Compliance Reviews have been a requirement of ICAEW’s insolvency licensing regulations since 2005. Yet it’s one of the most common breaches in respect of which our licensing committee will offer a regulatory penalty.
Since May 2018, SIP 11 has also required IPs to conduct annual reviews of their financial controls, and some IPs have never done one, or haven’t done one that is fully compliant.
This event will help IPs understand what makes an ICR and a SIP 11 review compliant, and will help IPs avoid regulatory penalties for breaches.Even those that think they are currently compliant can benefit from tuning in.
