Difficult conversations, who can say they really enjoy them? Many people seek to avoid them. However, this is rarely a good idea.

This session, produced by the Young Members’ Community, will look at when to raise difficult topics, why and how to do so. The session will be full of practical guidance to help you navigate these challenging situations that are both common and completely normal in a working world full of different people - helping both the organisation you work for and your career.

About the speakers

Joanna Gaudoin, Inside Out Image
Joanna Gaudoin specialises in helping ambitious Financial & Professional Services individuals and their organisations improve performance and achieve their goals.

She does this by helping them master and strategically use the business skills of Personal Impact and Relationship Management. These skills are required for professional success. Before establishing Inside Out Image, Joanna worked in marketing and consultancy in large corporates. She understands the business world and its challenges. She now helps organisations and individuals understand how to succeed in it.

Joanna is the author of the upcoming book Getting On, Making work work.
