Event Information

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are a key part of the NHS long-term plan, bringing general practices together to work at a large scale. It has been a priority for a number of years to upgrade the system by improving the ability of practices to recruit and retain staff, manage financial and state pressures, provide a wider range of services to patients and to integrate more easily with the wider healthcare system.

In this webinar our speakers will consider topical issues faced by advisers such as:

  • Updates and ongoing issues from the last 12 months
  • Income recognition and tax
  • Clinical Directors (CD) status
  • The VAT status of the additional role reimbursement scheme (ARRS)
  • Incorporation and considerations
  • Integrated care systems

Key benefits

  • Hear about the issues surrounding PCNs
  • Receive guidance as to what to expect next
  • Have your questions answered at the end of the presentation in a live Q&A section.

He also advises on joint venture arrangements between practices, federations, co-operatives, clusters, has dealt with over 100 mergers of GP practices and has done a lot of work on the "decentralised" or super partnership model of GP mergers.
