Marge Lowhar, is an experienced organisation development consultant, executive coach and facilitator specialising in Organisational Learning and Personal Effectiveness.

Marge has spent the past 30 years working internationally supporting leaders and individuals to implement change and creating and facilitating enjoyable learning experiences. She is particularly interested in issues of trust and communication, leadership, culture change, understanding and managing the impact of implicit bias and talent management.
