Although now well established, UK GAAP still presents a raft of challenges for small entities applying FRS 102 Section 1A and micro entities applying FRS 105. This seminar will help navigate through the practicalities. Disclosure aspects will be dealt with in a separate session 'A complete guide to small company disclosures'.

CPD hours: ICAEW’s CPD Regulations are changing. From 1 November 2023, members and other professionals regulated by ICAEW will need to complete a minimum number of hours’ CPD per year, some of which will need to be verifiable. Attending events like this could contribute to 2 hours and 10 minutes of verifiable CPD, so long as you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.
