He is experienced in providing litigation lawyers with a well-managed e-disclosure service, which tackles excessive data volumes and meets budget requirements and tight timeframes. John has acted as an independent expert and also provided complex forensic computing evidence to the High Court.
Ben Hammerton, Director – Forensic Accounting & E-Discovery, Quantuma AdvisoryBen is a director in our national Forensic Accounting & Investigations team and advises both law firms and in-house legal teams on legal technology and advisory services. He also works closely with our clients and contacts to continue to develop our forensic accounting service, with a particular specialism in eDisclosure (eDiscovery).
Phil Southall, Forensic Consulting Director, FAR ConsultingPhil Southall is based in Birmingham. Upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1999 he specialised in forensic accounting, and over the next five years became responsible for managing significant commercial loss claims and "black-hole" investigations. In 2003 Phil joined a top 20 law firm, providing detailed forensic analysis and advice on settlement strategies. Whilst in this post, Phil was involved with the design, development and rollout of their award-winning approach to disputes, which includes the use of "decision analysis" in litigation.
