Tom Froggett, Senior Consultant, XPS Pensions Group
Tom is a Senior Consultant and Head of DB Consolidation at XPS Pensions Group, a leading pensions consulting and administration business fully focused on pension schemes in the UK. He works with pension scheme trustees and sponsors across a range of scheme sizes and industries, including holding scheme actuary appointments to several schemes at the smaller end of the market. As Head of DB Consolidation at XPS, Tom specialises in helping smaller schemes identify whether a DB consolidation route is right for them.

Brian Denyer, Senior Solutions Director - Pensions Solutions, abrdn
Brian has led the development and launch of the abrdn pensions master trust. He joined the company in June 2021 after a varied 20-year consultancy career where he held a number of roles including Scheme Actuary, investment consultant and corporate pensions adviser covering M&A, restructuring and investment and funding matters. Brian is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries, a member of the abrdn Scheme Strategist Team, and a trustee of one of abrdn’s own defined benefit pension schemes.
