ICAEW CPD regulations are changing. From 1 November 2023, members and other professionals regulated by ICAEW will need to complete a minimum number of hours' CPD per year, some of which will need to be verifiable. Attending events like this could contribute to three hours of CPD, so long as you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.

She's a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners. She specialises in residential landlord and tenant matters, with experience extending leases for flats and houses, individual and collective enfranchisement, freehold reversion sales and purchases and Section 5 rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. She also has extensive experience in high-end residential conveyancing in and outside London and secured lending.
