In an age of uncertainty, companies are turning to their finance leaders for holistic modelling, forecasting, and analysis to adapt quickly to change. In order to stay agile and competitive, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leaders must harness true, data-driven insights and look beyond purely the financial reports for extended planning and analysis (xP&A) across the business. Today, FP&A teams have been asked to do more with less, fueling a desperate search for productivity. Predictive technology is the key to finding that productivity and enabling continuous business alignment. By now, most businesses know artificial intelligence/machine learning is here to stay, but how to harness it and where to start remains a challenge.
Join this webinar for a look at how FP&A can become the strategic enabler and competitive driver of finance, rather than spending time crunching numbers. Explore how to leverage extend planning across all functions, prepare your team for the future, better support the business and utilise new technologies to accelerate planning.
