Event information

This workshop with Mazars and Irwin Mitchell will provide you with information on how regulated planning options, Wills and Trusts can provide tax savings and asset protection for you, your family, and your clients.

Inheritance tax revenues have increased markedly over recent years, spurred on by a pandemic and inflationary pressures while allowances remain fixed. It is also one of the most emotive taxes, with the decision on how far to go on planning for the tax lying with the people that won’t be paying the tax themselves. Our speakers will provide an overview of the Inheritance Tax landscape, alongside valuable insights on how you and your clients can plan for inheritance tax in the current economic environment while remaining secure. This session includes practical examples of how Wills and other planning options could be used to help save this tax.

Key benefits

  • Understanding the key aspects of inheritance tax.
  • How wills can achieve benefits for you, your family and your clients.
