Eriona Bajrakurtaj, Managing Director, Major’s Accounts & Co
Eriona is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with ACCA, UK Practitioners Network Panel member and Oxford University Graduate, a Global Top 50 Women In Accounting, Judge of the Digital Disruptors Awards and mentor to aspiring and practising accountants. Eriona's strengths lay in digital transformation for accountants using the latest technologies which is demonstrated with her venture Volt Digital Transformations; which offers a full digital transformations service for accountants and bookkeepers.

Alex Collins, Senior Business Development Manager, ICAEW
Alex has worked in Education and Training for 14 years; supporting employers to find, train, and retain talent. Alex’s area of professional focus is apprenticeships, where he represents ICAEW on government working groups.


Robyn Edwards, Business Development Executive, UK Affinity, Marsh
Robyn Edwards has worked in the insurance industry for the last 12 years and joined Marsh Commercial in October 2020.
During her career she has specialised in a number of different areas of insurance, gaining expertise across property, professional indemnity, cyber, private clients, travel and more.
Robyn joined Marsh’s Afffinity Practice 2023 and is the relationship manager for Marsh Commercial’s dedicated PI scheme.

Will Farnell, Founder and Director, Farnell Clarke, and Co-founder, App Advisory Plus
Will is the founder of Farnell Clarke, setting the business up in 2007 having previously worked within a Big Four firm. He wanted Farnell Clarke to be a different kind of accounting firm. He saw an opportunity to utilise technology to drive efficiency and change the way accounting services could be delivered to clients. This led to Farnell Clarke being one of the first 100%-cloud practices in the world. Will now uses the experiences acquired as a tech-driven firm to support other firms moving to a digital-based strategy. He’s regarded as one of the UK’s foremost thought leaders and speakers on accounting tech and the changing landscape and environment currently driving the accounting profession. Will is author of ‘The Digital Firm’, a blueprint for digital transformation within an accounting firm and is a regular engaging speaker and advocate for some of the leading UK and global accounting tech brands.


Richard Flynn, M&A Associate, Capital and Trust
Richard, an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, led the opening of the Irish sector for Capital and Trust, the UK’s foremost mediator in Mergers and Acquisitions within the professional services industry. With a strong accounting background, Richard brings a rare combination of technical expertise and a tactful yet direct approach to negotiations. His empathetic understanding of the non-financial aspects of business sales stems from personal experience, having sold his own family business.


Helena Murray, Head of Regulatory Practice, ICAEW
Before joining the Professional Standard department in 2013, Helena worked as an Audit Senior Manager in one of the Big Four firms. She now works in the Regulatory Practice team, dealing predominantly with audit regulated firms from registration through to monitoring and more recently advising firms in relation to regulatory compliance and external investment.


Jessica Pillow, Director and Owner, Pillow May
Jessica set up Pillow May in 2009 to break free from industry stereotypes and as early adopters of cloud software, cloud bookkeeping and fixed-fee pricing, they were pioneering in offering clients a dynamic and fresh approach. Pillow May’s vision is to be “accountants for a better life”, recognising what a huge emotional and financial investment it is to start your own business and helping clients cultivate a healthy financial environment from which they can forge a better life. Jessica is passionate about cloud accounting software, process automation technology, and promoting the efficiency benefits of flexible & remote working practices. Rebecca Trudgett FCA CTA, Founder and Director, Switchfoot Accounting
Rebecca is the founder of Switchfoot Accounting, based in Camberley, Surrey. Rebecca specialises in working with small business owners who have two major goals for their business - delivering sufficient and sustainable wealth to provide their family with the lifestyle they desire and positively impacting their business team and the wider world.


Vipul Sheth, Managing Director, Advancetrack
Vipul is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. He is founder and MD of Advancetrack. Vipul qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Regional firm in Worcester (Rabjohns, now part of Bishop Fleming) and spent over six years with EY and KPMG before starting Advancetrack in 2003. Advancetrack are a tech-enabled offshore provider of outsourced accounting and tax services. 


Joanne Wharam, Owner and Director, Discover Insights UK and SMART Support for Business
Joanne has worked with hundreds of accountants for over 20 years both in her employed role and through her work as a business coach, which has given her a strong understanding of the industry and the people within it. She has worked one-on-one with business owners helping them with mindset, motivation and culture and with both finding and retaining good people and enhancing the team dynamics to improve the overall results of the business. One of the aspects of team development that Joanne loves the most is that of personality testing, coaching and training. Discover Insights was born in May 2024 and is a culmination of Joanne's working experience and her personal development and training journey.

Simone Taylor-Allkins, Technical Advisory Service Manager, ICAEW
After qualifying with a top 20 firm, Simone moved to Grant Thornton and worked with a diverse portfolio of manager-owned businesses in a varied role covering both audit engagements and management accountancy engagements. After 18 months in the audit and assurance team, she transferred to their national training centre in High Wycombe to train audit trainees for the firm. From 2007 to 2010, she decided to apply her skills to the education of non-financial managers working as a freelance finance trainer for worldwide blue chip companies. This eventually led her back to her technical roots in July 2010, joining the ICAEW Technical Advisory Service, helping fellow chartered accountants make sense of accountancy, audit, company law, anti-money laundering and ethical regulations.


Archie Vey, Senior M&A Associate, Capital and Trust
Archie founded the accountancy desk at Capital and Trust, successfully overseeing more than 40 transactions within the sector over the past three years. As an expert in his field, he has a deep and comprehensive understanding of the sector, handling deals with enterprise valuations ranging from £400k to £50m.

Roz Harrington, Senior Practice Manager, ICAEW
An experienced engagement strategist and programme manager, Roz works to help practitioners succeed by providing them with access to skills, knowledge and tools to service their clients across the business and wider community. Before joining ICAEW, Roz worked for a healthcare charity overseeing central operations for 35 hospitals across the UK.
