Event information

Join us for an insightful webinar as we explore the potential for this year to be the 'Year of Data' for UK housing. There is an expectation that with the new government's focus on, prioritising house building and planning reform coupled with the Bank of England's monetary policy, the landscape of housing stock is poised for transformation.

In this session, experts will delve into the crucial role of developers in navigating evolving regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, net zero initiatives, and social impact metrics. According to a recent survey conducted by RSM, 43% of real estate and construction businesses are gearing up to invest in Gen AI this year. But what are the essential considerations for leveraging Gen AI and data to transform your business operations?

Joining Ros Rowe are assurance and data analytics experts, Kelly Boorman, Sarah Belsham and Matthew Clark, who will discuss the change we will see through AI in the industry and outline the practical steps essential to manage data effectively to meet reporting requirements, drive efficiencies and reduce risk.

In addition to technical considerations, our speakers will dissect housing market data and offer a comprehensive outlook across various regions for 2024.
