As a new ICAEW member, you are invited to attend one of our New Members' Ceremonies taking place at either Chartered Accountants' Hall in London or at locations across the UK.

Event information

Join us for an exciting and celebratory occasion as we welcome you as a new ICAEW member and honour your achievements.

Throughout 2025, we will host ceremonies at various locations across the UK. Please use the dropdown menu above to select your preferred location and time.

ICAEW’s New Members’ Ceremonies are memorable events where you will receive congratulations from an ICAEW office holder during a formal presentation, followed by a drinks reception.

At the ceremony, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Hear an inspiring keynote speaker share their career journey after qualifying as an ACA.
  • Find out more about the services ICAEW offers to support you throughout your ACA career.
  • Meet representatives from ICAEW, and for those attending events across the UK, their ICAEW Regional Director and team.
  • For those attending at Chartered Accountants' Hall, explore our historic headquarters and modern facilities in our business centre.
  • Connect with fellow new members and celebrate your success together.
  • Share this special moment with family and friends

Capture the moment

A photographer will be on-site to capture the occasion. Photos will be available for viewing and purchase online after the event.

Guest information

Each graduate is invited to bring a maximum of two guests. You can reserve their spots when booking your ticket.

We welcome families to join us for this exciting event. Children are more than welcome, but please note that all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Dress code

There is no formal dress code for the event. We find that many people dress smartly to celebrate the occasion.
