About the speakers

Katrina Hallpike, Valuation Partner, PwC Katrina specialises in the valuation of early-stage businesses and portfolios. She supports clients buyside and sell-side on transactions as well as performing valuations for financial reporting, tax, restructuring or disputes. Kat also provides advice on valuation process and governance to clients, particularly in the asset management sector.

Veronika Kontra, Valuations Director, PwC Veronika is a Director in PwC’s Valuations practice (a team of over 175 valuation specialists) and specialises in providing valuation advice and valuation opinions to alternative asset managers and corporates, with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences and the valuation of early-stage businesses. Her clients range from venture capital and private equity firms to multinational pharmaceutical and medtech companies, as well as early-stage life sciences businesses.
