Event information

The Corporate Finance Faculty is inviting its member organisations and individual members to the faculty's annual general meeting (AGM) at Chartered Accountants' Hall on Thursday, 22 May 2025. A buffet lunch will be available in the OMP Club from 12:15, followed by the AGM in the Members' Room at approximately 13:00.

As is traditional, the meeting will include a short review of the faculty's work on behalf of its members and on behalf of ICAEW over the past year. ICAEW's Head of Corporate Finance, David Petrie, will also outline the faculty's plans for the rest of 2025 and 2026.

The AGM is always very well attended, so it's a good opportunity to meet other members, the faculty's board, its technical committee and its staff.
