Event information

Stress and pressure are inevitable, especially when managing tight deadlines or navigating diverse personalities and behaviours in the workplace. How we think and feel directly impacts how we react, communicate, and present ourselves. But stress doesn’t just affect our minds—it influences our bodies and overall well-being too.

In this engaging webinar, you’ll discover practical strategies to better understand and manage stress, grounded in the principles of Human Touch Leadership:

  • Human: Explore how the brain responds to stress and pressure, with insights into neuroscience and its connection to behaviour.
  • Touch: Learn actionable techniques to apply emotional and conversational intelligence effectively, fostering clearer communication and healthier interactions.
  • Leadership: Discover practical tools to lead with confidence under pressure, building trust, loyalty, and a strong professional reputation.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies to help you think clearly, feel balanced, and thrive under pressure, enhancing both your personal and professional life.
