As accountants, we often do things a certain way because our manager told us or because it was the best available solution at that time, but as Excel keeps advancing there may be new methods.

Excel MVP and FCA David Benaim will showcase ways that accountants typically deal with things and the optimal way to deal with accounting concepts such as depreciation, cleaning up bank statements, progress vs target, comparing to materiality, formula auditing and more, plus David will compare & contrast old & new formulas e.g. VLOOKUP vs XLOOKUP, SWITCH vs IF.
