Ryan spent 10 years with Baker Tilly Hong Kong. During this time, Ryan worked closely with many large multinational clients providing a global service offering in audit and other advisory services. He also gained in-depth knowledge and experience in International Financial Reporting Standards.

Whilst in Hong Kong, Ryan was the Chair of Baker Tilly International’s Asia Pacific Audit and Assurance Committee. He was also a member of Baker Tilly International’s Global Focus Steering Committee.

Ryan looks to use his extensive international experience and network to provide a seamless and value-added service offering to his clients.

Kate Chamberlain | Group Finance Director | Cloudfm Group

Kate initially trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in accountancy practice at PKF in Ipswich with a focus on corporate audit and advisory work across a range of clients in various sectors. Since leaving practice in 2010 she has held a variety of finance management and project roles in the insurance, retail and facilities management industries across a range of global and national organisations, including Willis, Greene King and Atalian Servest, where she has built up a depth of knowledge of financial reporting and compliance and gained a wide-ranging experience of business change within operational finance processes and controls.

Kate now sits on the Board of Directors of Cloudfm Group, a technology led provider of facilities management services across the UK and Ireland, where she has accountability for the delivery of all aspects of the Finance and Commercial function, the setting of appropriate financial strategy to optimise performance and ensure financial stability along with contributing to the development of wider business strategy to support organisational targets.

Steve Churchyard | Financial Controller | Food Standards Agency

Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant during his time in practice in Southend-on-Sea. In 2018, he transitioned to the Civil Service, joining HM Revenue & Customs. Initially, he spearheaded a project to enhance accounts production processes, before going on to lead those accounts production teams. Subsequently, he moved into a role providing financial advice and expertise to transformation projects within the Government Major Projects Portfolio.

In 2023, he joined the Food Standards Agency as their Financial Controller, where he is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, finance systems, tax, and financial operations.
