About the speakers

Luke Firmin – Director - Financial Crime, Forvis Mazars
Luke  specialises in leading Forivs Mazars Financial crime offering. He supports clients across a broad range of issues, from money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions, to bribery, corruption, insider dealing and fraud.

Ben Woodside, Policy Manager - Payment Systems Regulator (PSR)
Ben is an economist with 10 years’ experience of developing payments policy since the start of the PSR, as well as a wider background in economic regulation and competition/ merger analysis. He has been at the forefront of devising the PSR’s policy response to APP Scams, including the new requirement for payment firms to reimburse victims.”

Arun Chauhan, Lawyer, Tenet Law
Arun is a lawyer specialising in disputes and compliance issues arising from fraud and financial crime. In 2016 he founded the award winning law firm Tenet, the only niche law firm in its field outside of London. Arun is a frequent commentator in the media and at conferences on a range of fraud subjects, including ethics, integrity, investigations of insider fraud, consumer banking and wider consumer fraud risks.

Scott Lewis, Operations Manager, Nationwide
Scott manages the Fraud Investigations, Scam Investigations, Fraud Recoveries and Finance teams. I look after a team of Circa 120 people and manage all Nationwide victims of Fraud and the associated lossesrun is a lawyer specialising in disputes and compliance issues arising from fraud and financial crime.
