Event information

The Parker Review has set a challenge for 50 of the UK's largest private companies to meet by December 2027:  have at least one ethnic minority director on their main board. Each FTSE 350 company and each top 50 private company has been encouraged to set their own ethnic diversity targets for senior management by the same deadline. This webinar brings together leading experts to explore the latest insights from the 2025 Parker Review and the practical steps businesses can take to foster diverse leadership. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from industry leaders and shape the future of board diversity.

The webinar will cover:

  • Key insights from the 2025 Parker Review presented by Soumen Das, Co-Chair of the Parker Review.
  • Ensuring long-term progress in board diversity – Richard DeNetto, CEO, Change the Race Ratio, will discuss how organisations can go beyond the “one and done” approach by building sustainable programmes to advance both executive and non-executive pipelines for UK professionals of colour.
  • Government insights with Rachel Askew-Sammut, Head of Corporate Governance at the Department for Business and Trade.
  • Practical strategies for succession planning, talent management, and achieving boardroom diversity.
