About the speakers

	Kat Hearn, Senior Technical Manager in Practice, ICAEW Kat provides technical and practical support to member firms. Kat trained with a Big 4 firm and has extensive experience in higher education, in-house learning and development, and professional education.
	Dean Neaves, Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Department, ICAEW Dean leads QAD’s Practice Assurance and DPB (Investment Business) monitoring activities and has experience of visiting practices of all sizes throughout the UK. He is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in the audit practice of a Big 4 firm prior to joining ICAEW in 2016.

CPD hours

ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement. Attending this webinar could contribute up to 1 hour of verifiable CPD, providing you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.
