Steven Brown

Steve has developed deep expertise in assurance, governance, risk, and control, with 17 years of experience in this field. He has delivered high-profile internal audit portfolios for leading FTSE 50 companies, streamlined end-to-end processes, implemented audit and risk management systems, and designed effective systems of internal control. Steve’s professional passion lies in the 'transformation of assurance and assurance of transformation', with a focus on managing change impacts for enduring success.

Julie Currie

Julie Currie, 
Julie is an experienced Non-Executive Board Director, Audit and Risk Committee Chair, predominately in financial services sector with Tesco Bank Plc, State Street Global Advisors Ltd and Scotiabank Europe. She is currently on the board of Space Solar a space tech/ renewable energy business and was on the boards of Department for International Trade, now folded into the Department for Business and Trade, Social and Sustainable Capital and the Social Investment Business.
She has a 21-year C-Suite career at the leading financial institutions of Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland and Ernst Young, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland. In LBG she was the COO of its turnaround division during the financial crisis and latterly, was the CFO and COO of the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales, the largest corporate foundation in the UK.
