Event information

Ben Clarkson from Parkinson's UK will draw on his many years’ experience as an employee and trustee in the charity sector to demystify the world of charity reserves. He’ll start with the basics, and cover how you can use best practice to give serious thought to how much your charity needs to hold in reserves, enabling you to move to a reserves-led approach to budget setting and financial planning.

Key benefits

  • Why charities hold reserves.
  • Best practice approaches to working out how much you need to hold.
  • Using reserves to guide your financial planning.
