About the speakers

Colin Boden (AAT FCCA) | Chief Financial Officer | Morgan Motor Company

Having joined in 2010 as a Management Accountant, Colin has progressed through numerous financial roles during his Morgan career including Finance Manager and Finance Director. Colin was instrumental in the company's transition from family ownership to private equity in 2019 and currently acts as CFO reporting to the Board of Directors. Colin has the unique and exciting role at the forefront of a globally recognised brand, helping to excel the company through its second century in business. 

Matthew Hole | Managing Director | Morgan Motor Company

Matthew Hole is Managing Director of the world's pre-eminent coachbuilder, Morgan Motor Company, which manufactures timeless, lightweight sports cars at its home in Worcestershire, UK. Matthew is at the forefront of guiding Morgan at one of the most exciting points in its 116-year history, as the company looks to develop new models, enter new markets globally, and continue its unique blend of cutting-edge technology and industry-leading craft skills – all in the pursuit of delivering unparalleled driving joy to its customers. 

Joining as Chief Technical Officer in 2021, Matthew has been instrumental in the development of several key Morgan models, including the latest Plus Four, limited-edition Midsummer, and the company's forthcoming flagship model (due to be launched in March). Additionally, Matthew was the driving force behind 'XP-1', the three-wheeled electric prototype which is helping to prepare the company in its transition towards electrification. Matthew was appointed Managing Director of Morgan in October 2024 and is focussed on the creation and implementation of the company's future strategy, helping to ensure it thrives in an ever-changing global automotive landscape.
