It can be debilitating and career-limiting, especially as presenting has become an intrinsic part of working life. Whether it's speaking to one person, in a team meeting, at a board meeting, hosting a conference, or participating in the virtual world, the ability to present confidently is crucial. ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement.
