Event information

This webinar will highlight the value and importance of diverse thinking and perspectives, emphasising that great minds don’t think alike. We will explore the concept of neurodivergent and neurodiverse, clarifying what these terms mean and what they don’t. By highlighting the strengths and benefits of neurodivergent thinking in a workplace setting, we aim to educate on the unique profiles of neurodivergent individuals. We will eliminate myths to stop labelling and limiting opportunities, using this knowledge to create accessible and inclusive working environments. Embracing workplace adjustments as tools to underpin accessibility, and offer practical guidance to start making meaningful changes.

Key benefits

  • Clarify the definitions and distinctions between neurodivergent and neurodiverse.
  • Highlight the benefits of diverse thinking in enhancing team performance and innovation.
  • Address and correct common misconceptions about neurodivergent individuals, encouraging a shift in mindset from labelling, to understanding and valuing differences.
