The Corporate Finance Faculty will be launching itsCommercial Due Diligence best practice guideline over breakfast and a panel discussion. The guideline was produced by the faculty, in collaboration with KPMG and Luminii Consulting.

The guideline sets out the remit of a commercial due diligence and uncover the true value and commercial potential underpinning the equity story.

Our expert panel of advisers and users of commercial due diligence will explore how this element of due diligence is evolving to support more complex and demanding investment decisions.
