CPD hours

ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement. Attending this event could contribute up to 2.5 hours of verifiable CPD, providing you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.

About the speakers

John Donnelly, Chartered Financial Planner, M&G Wealth
John is a Chartered Financial Planner and the founder of Donnelly Financial Advice, part of the independent arm of M&G Wealth. With a career in Employee Benefits initially and then latterly financial planning, John has built a career focused on helping individuals and businesses navigate their financial futures. His journey led him to establish his own financial planning practice, where he now offers expert guidance on a wide range of financial planning needs. John is highly experienced in protection planning for individuals and businesses, pension planning, investment planning, trusts and estate planning, and inheritance tax strategies.


Paul McGregor, Financial Advisor, M&G 
Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner who lives in the Lake District and is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He is the Managing Director of Pursuit Financial Planning, M&G Firm of the year and a Top-Rated Firm with VouchedFor. Paul uses Financial Planning to help clients get and keep the life they want. This is done using cashflow modelling to show clients where they are heading financially. Then, providing any financial advice necessary to achieve this, leveraging M&G’s expertise.
