Grant Miles | Chair

Grant trained with a UK Top 25 accounting firm, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has built nearly a decade of experience across audit, insolvency, and corporate recovery and general accountancy practice. This diverse foundation has given him a strong commercial understanding and a pragmatic, solution-led approach.

He now heads up the practice division at an independent firm in Norwich, delivering strategic accountancy, tax, and advisory services to SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and individuals. With a deep interest in digital transformation, Grant focuses on embedding cloud-based systems and process automation into finance functions, enabling clients to operate more efficiently and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Grant is particularly focused on the shift towards accounting technology, exploring how both the use of technology and AI can drive improvements in both internal operations and the way services are delivered to clients, helping them gain greater insights and efficiencies.

Jenny Blewett | Chair

Jenny holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter and began her career in Audit and Assurance with a Top 4 UK accounting firm, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA).

She has extensive experience in the technology sector and the NHS, where she served as the Financial Controller at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Having developed a keen interest in the application of technology to Finance, she progressed to lead finance systems and improvement. She was a member of the National NHS Finance Innovation Board and was peer reviewed and published for automating complex reconciliations and reporting.

Jenny's diverse background across practice, commercial, public, and charity sectors provides her with a unique perspective. Currently, as the Head of Finance at Costello Medical and a member of the ICAEW Technology Faculty Board, Jenny focuses on leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance effective data-driven decision-making.
